Being a medical doctor, Taonga strives to help people heal. And while Medicine helps to heal the body, she also aspires to help people work through the healing of the mind, through reflective poetry.

 

Taonga believes greatly in merging ideas, pushing limits, and uniting diversity. This is evident in her background in Biomedical Engineering, as well as her work in encouraging movements towards a more united African people. This passion is influenced by her diverse African background.
